8 for 8 - Every Wednesday and Thursday, Boleo will offer eight contemporary iterations of South American street fare for $8. The eight item menu highlights specialty dishes curated by Chef de Cuisine Alexis Hernandez and hand crafted cocktails from Head Bartender Jess Lambert from 5pm - 8pm. Boleo’s “8 for 8” happy hour will feature Botanas, or snacks like special servings of hand folded beef and vegetarian empanadas and chicken thigh anticuchos served alongside fingerling potatoes, salsa criolla and cilantro aioli.
And to wash it down, guests can sip selections of authentic Argentine wine or one of Jess Lambert’s modern takes on traditional Chilcanos – a pillar of Peruvian cocktail culture comprised of infused Pisco, ginger and carbonation – with variations like Guava + Strawberry and Cinnamon + Pineapple. Or pay homage to the unofficial national drink of Argentina, with a Fernet & Cola. Jess offers a selection of house-made colas paired with small batch Fernets, ideal for imbibing under the open sky of Boleo’s year-round rooftop.
